In 1981 I graduated from District One Technical Institute in Eau Claire WI with an Associate degree in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC ). At that time my ambition was to work in the field for ten years and then start my own business. Right after graduation I moved to La Crosse to work for a local plumbing and heating wholesaler. After two years in La Crosse, I was transferred to one of their affiliate companies located in Eau Claire. I worked in the warehouse loading and receiving and also did some counter sales. After three years of that I was assigned to drive delivery truck. I traveled all over north western Wisconsin delivering all sorts of plumbing and heating products. In 1985 I got a job working for Switzer Electric and Heating Co. in Eau Claire. I liked that because I was now learning the ins and outs of installing and servicing HVAC products. I excelled at my job and they treated me very well.
In 1988 I took a test to get an Eau Claire City license and was successful. I liked working there and would still be there but Mr. Switzer passed away and the business dissolved. Mr. Switzer instilled his ideas on how to work with pride and honor in me by example. I will forever appreciate that. In 1990 I decided it was time to start All Season HTG And Clg Specialists LLC. I have had a varying amount of employees through the years, averaging three. It is still a small company as I currently have two employees plus myself. I have over a thousand regular customers that we serve on a yearly basis and many more that call me when they have trouble.
All Season Htg. And Clg. Specialists LLC has been a York furnace and air conditioning equipment dealer for twenty years now and I have seen many changes through the years. One thing that remains constant is my commitment to provide excellent and timely service to the people in the Chippewa Valley.
